20Playtesters – Global Service Policy

1. Introduction
This Service Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which 20Playtesters (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides application playtesting services via Google Play. Our service delivers 20 real users from multiple countries to download, use, and provide feedback on Android applications published globally. The service is available worldwide and requires that the application under testing be published with multi-country availability.
2. Scope of Service

Provision of 20 real playtesters across diverse global markets (including but not limited to: North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Latin America).

Each tester will install the application via Google Play, and optionally submit basic feedback.

Standard turnaround time: up to 3 business days from submission.
3. Application Requirements
To ensure effective testing and compatibility, applications must meet the following requirements:

Must be globally published on Google Play and accessible from multiple international territories.

Must support English (at minimum) or regional languages for selected tester markets.

Must comply with Google Play Developer Policies and applicable international laws.

Must include a valid Google Play link, not geo-restricted, and allow installation from standard tester accounts.
4. Service Workflow

Client submits a valid Google Play app link along with any specific test instructions or objectives.

20Playtesters verifies app eligibility and assigns the test batch.

Testers install the app and conduct usage based on instructions.

Summary report is delivered to the client, including screenshots, usage confirmations, and optional written feedback.
5. Data Protection and Privacy

All services are compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant global data protection frameworks.

No sensitive or personally identifiable data is collected from client apps during testing unless explicitly authorized and necessary.

Tester identities are anonymized and never disclosed to clients.
6. Limitations of Liability

20Playtesters is not responsible for bugs, crashes, or issues within the application itself.

Tester feedback is personal and does not represent official Google Play reviews or professional QA assessments.

If an application becomes unavailable (e.g., suspended or removed from Google Play), service delivery will be suspended with no refund guaranteed.
7. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is due in advance. This is a non-refundable service unless the testing process cannot be fulfilled due to internal issues on our side.

In the case of service failure caused by 20Playtesters (e.g., failure to assign full 20 testers), partial refunds or additional test batches may be offered at our discretion.
8. Policy Updates
This policy is subject to revision. Updates will be posted on our official website and take effect 7 days after publication. Continued use of our service indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
